Determinism and Free Will !

According to Newtonian determinism says our Universe is a big gigantic clock that is ticking every second by Newton's Law of Motion. What we are doing right now or what we will do or what we did is already fixed and already known by Newton's Laws of Motion. Einstein believed in that. He was a determinist. So if these is true than it means if someone does a crime  is not guilty of his work because it has already been decided billions of years ago. Einstein says its true but still they have to put in jail and give them punishment.
After that Heisenberg came he said it is all nonsense. He proposed a heisenberg uncertainty principles. He said we don't know where the electron will be. It can be anywhere or many places simultaneously.
Einstein hated this Heisenberg's uncertainty principle. Einstein said GOD Don't play dice with us, everything is predetermined.
But Einstein was wrong. Every time we look on the electron it moves here and there with uncertainty regardless with its postion. So it has a free will.
So it is very clear that everyone have his free will, nobody can decide your future. It is not decided yet. All the past happened with uncertainty. There is possibilities of uncertainty in everything we do.
